We are delighted to announce that Gresford Athletic Reserves have today completed the signings of Brynley Thomas from Ruabon Rovers, Martyn Elms from Rhossdu United Junior and Leonardo Almeida from Chirk AAA.

The lads have all joined up with the Gresford Athletic Reserves squad over the last few weeks as the 2023/24 season gets underway.

Brynley Thomas is a midfielder who signs from Ruabon Rovers. He made 11 appearances in all competitions during the 2022/23 season, scoring two goals, and has also already made his Gresford Athletic Reserves competitive debut, coming on as a substitute in the 59th minute during the 2023/24 FAW Reserve League North Tier 1-2 opener against Chirk AAA Reserves.

Wing back Martyn Elms signs for the club from Rhosddu United Junior, where he was part of the club's U19s squad during the 2022/23 season after progressing from their U16s squad the season before.

Leonardo Almeida is a forward, signing from Chirk AAA. He made four appearances in the FAW Reserve League North East during the 2022/23 season and has also previously played for Brickfield Rangers and Coedpoeth United during his career.
